I
have been around the sport of Triathlon for 15 years
now and during that time have worked with some of
the Best coaches and trained with a lot of the best
athletes in the World. I have had the chance to
learn from a lot of people and see what they do
every day and the results that are achieved from
that training.
There is no one easy way to improve. Improvement
comes from commitment, hard work and getting the
proper advice. As an Olympian and professional
athlete, I can use my experience to tailor make a
training programme suitable for all levels of
athlete to help them achieve the most improvement
with the time available.
The one thing everyone needs to do is use the time
they have to gain the most improvements. If you only
have 5 hours a week to train then you need to
maximise those 5 hours and make sure they are
constructive.
I
will help you design a training programme around the
time you have available to make the most of that
time. I will also be on hand to advise you on
various different aspects of your training from my
15 years as an athlete and Olympian.
I
will help you plan your weeks and months training so
you achieve your best possible results in all your
events. I will make a programme suitable to your
individual needs and time scale. I can advise you on
all aspects of your preparation, from what nutrition
to use, your warm up, your race tactics, equipment,
what ever you need advice on I will do my best to
advise you from my experience, giving you every
opportunity to achieve your goals on race day.
Training
Camps
I
will be running weekend training camps in my home
town of Bridgend starting in November 2006. These
camps will give you the opportunity to train with me
in one of the best areas for triathlon training in
